Measurement of compression force
Measuring the compressive force is a simple but effective way to assess muscle strength and general physical fitness.

What is the clamping force?

Measurement method

2. Stand in a comfortable position with your hand straight at your side next to your thigh and squeeze as hard as you can.
3. Repeat the measurement with both hands twice and average the results for best accuracy.
