Bodymaja Oy sells services and products to individuals and companies by separate order. The service is available in Finnish. Logging in to your personal results report is done with usernames: email address and password.
We reserve the right to change prices.
The validity of the measurement packages is stated in the product descriptions and their validity is 12 months from the date of order.
The order for gift cards is valid for one year (12 months) from the date of order, when the gift cards can be redeemed.

Ordering and services
Services and products are ordered on the online store’s homepage by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the current delivery terms and conditions. All customer information is treated confidentially, and the processing of customer information is described on our data protection page.
The results report contains general descriptions of the various body measurement results and a comparison of your results with reference values. If the values are outside the reference values or if you suspect an illness, please contact your coach, counselor or doctor. See more under “Healthcare professional supervision and interventions”.
Advice on results
Bodymaja Oy’s website provides tips and you can separately purchase advice from a professional of your choice regarding your results. Bodymaja can offer these services on its website.
Inbody body composition measurements, blood pressure measurement and compression force measurement
Our locations operate as self-service locations in an automatic type
- You take the measurements yourself
- Bodymaja’s health services are offered as remote services (Valvira registration)
- You fill in your own information when ordering a measurement package
- After paying for the order, you will receive an email receipt, order confirmation and a link entitling you to open the doors of the locations. The link will be delivered both by email and by SMS.
- In the messages, you will receive instructions for preparing for the measurement
- When you are going to be measured; open the link you received in front of the location, press the door opening button on the smartphone screen and open the door
- Please note that you must have a smartphone or tablet computer with a working Internet connection turned on
- At the location, you will follow the preparation instructions, i.e. remove clothing, take care of hygiene and the accuracy of the measurement result, among other things. by wiping the soles of your feet and palms before starting the measurement
- The results of your body composition measurement will usually be available for you to review in the Oma Body service within a few minutes. The service works in a browser and requires an Internet connection.
- We are not responsible for exporting data to other systems in any way
Cleanliness and operational objectives
Cleaning companies clean the surfaces of our office 6-7 times a week. We also recommend that our customers use our office hygiene products, such as hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Disinfecting both the device and the soles and palms of the measured person; achieves the most pleasant experience and the most accurate measurement result. The hygiene products are designed in terms of function and size for comfortable hygiene management.
Please note that you are responsible for the cleanliness of the interior of the office for your own use and for the normal use of the equipment there. Each user must take care of closing the office door after the measurement visit, at which point your responsibility ends.
If you notice any problems with cleanliness or especially with the equipment, such as breakage, vandalism or unusual mess, take photos and/or video and send them to [email protected] and do not take the measurement. You will be refunded for your measurement visit, we will start investigating with the shopping center/business location and investigate the actions of previous users. We will fix any detected faults as soon as possible.
Bodymaja monitors the lock logs of the measurement points, the usage of the measurement devices and, if necessary, may deny access to the measurement points if it detects interference or misuse.

The following payment methods are available to you:

The payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider on the Bodymaja.fi website is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires that you provide a valid email address when ordering.
Your gift card order is valid for one (1) year from the order date, during which the gift card can be redeemed. The validity of the measurement packages is stated in the product description and is 12 months (365 days).
Please note that leap years (366 days) occur during your order period.
Shipping methods and costs
After ordering a measurement package, you can go for a measurement immediately at any of our locations during opening hours without making an appointment and with a queuing principle.
Our opening hours can be found on our website and are linked to the opening hours of the shopping centers/business owners. As a rule, we aim to be open every day from 7:00 to 21:00. We reserve the right to change opening hours.
Measurement services provider
The measurement service is provided by Bodymaja Oy. Bodymaja is a health service registered by Valvira, we operate remotely.
We use InBody-branded measuring devices, which are the most accurate and tested devices on the market. The Inbody measuring device is accurate when it is also used according to the instructions. Bodymaja Oy is responsible for the visualization and accuracy of the measurement results. Accuracy is ensured by taking sufficient and frequent measurements and always preparing for the measurement in the same way. We calibrate and maintain the measuring devices according to the recommendations.
Measurement points and delivery time
Body composition measurements can be taken at Bodymaja self-service locations, which are located in several locations around Finland. The exact locations and contact information of the locations can be found in the measurement points of our website.
After ordering a measurement package from the Bodymaja website, you have the opportunity to take measurements at the location of your choice without making an appointment. Please note that the opening hours of the locations may vary by location. In addition, when arriving without an appointment, waiting times may vary depending on the congestion of the location.
After completing the measurement, the results are visible in the OmaBody service. In most cases, the results are available immediately, but there may sometimes be a delay in the data transfer, which can vary from a few minutes to an hour.
If our services also include analysis or some kind of coaching, their delivery times vary depending on the situation. We will inform you when the results are ready.
Measurement package personalization and abuse
The ordered measurement package is personal and may only be used by the person for whom the package has been purchased and registered. The use of the measurement package by another person is strictly prohibited. This includes, for example, situations where the customer opens the door of the measurement point to another person with their own door opening rights or in connection with their own measurement and thus allows the use of Bodymaja’s measurement device or devices without permission and without payment.
Bodymaja continuously monitors the performance of measurements in the background and reserves the right to check for possible misuse. If we detect that the measurement package has been misused, the following measures may be taken:
- The measurements used will be charged or invoiced to the measurement package owner who opened the door.
- Immediate termination of the measurement package: The measurement package will be closed and unused measurements will be canceled without compensation. It is possible to delete old measurement results when deleting the usage rights.
- Ban on entry: The customer may be banned from Bodymaja’s locations.
- Report of theft/pickpocketing: Bodymaja reserves the right to file a criminal report of theft or pickpocketing directly with the Police if there are sufficient grounds for abuse.
Each customer must ensure that the door to the measurement point is opened only to measure themselves and that the door is closed carefully after the measurement.
Bodymaja actively cooperates with property owners and can also obtain surveillance camera recordings for use in dispute situations. There is camera surveillance only outside the measurement point.
Bodymaja also uses the log data of the electric lock, the usage data of the reservation system, the usage data of the measurement devices and possibly also the data of InBody’s systems to combine all event data and form a situational picture of what happened.
Healthcare professional supervision and interventions
As Bodymaja is a healthcare provider registered by Valvira, a healthcare professional monitors the measurement results and has set thresholds based on which necessary interventions can be made. If the measurement results exceed or fall below the set thresholds, the customer may receive a notification from the healthcare professional. Exceeding the thresholds may result in us recommending that you contact a trainer, counselor or doctor for further instructions. The professional we recommend can also be found in the public sector if the customer is not willing to pay for the service.
Data transfer and delivery times
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure. If there are any exceptions to the delivery times of the measurement results, we will inform you immediately via our website.
Health service considerations
As Bodymaja is registered with Valvira, the company’s operations comply with the laws and regulations set for Finnish healthcare services. This applies in particular to the processing of sensitive personal data, such as health data, which is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national laws. Health data can only be processed in the patient information system by authorized healthcare professionals. In Bodymaja’s systems, only persons closely related to the tasks in question and who have signed a confidentiality agreement can process it.
Right of cancellation and return conditions
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Protection Act.
Please note that cancellation must be made before the first measurement included in the order is taken or the gift card is redeemed.
You must include your name, address, order date, product in the cancellation notice and send it by email to [email protected] or by post to the address shown below.
We will refund the amount you paid in full within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. If you have already had a measurement or redeemed a gift card, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cancellation for health, nutrition or other coaching services produced or provided by Bodymaja must be made at least 7 days before the first conversation with the coach. If the cancellation is made later, we will charge 100% of the amount.
Unused order
Measurement package orders are valid for 12 months from the order date (see product descriptions and/or order confirmation), during which time measurements can be taken.
We do not refund the amount paid for unused services.
The redemption period for gift cards is 12 months from the order date. We do not refund the amount paid for unused gift cards.
Problem situations
If the service at our office does not correspond to your order, you must report the error immediately and no later than within two (2) days by email to [email protected] or in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section.
