valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Immediately after ordering, you will receive a door opening link by email
and as a text message. If you have purchased a serial card or an annual package, the link you received will work for the entire validity period.
Go to the nearest office. You don’t need to make an appointment in advance. Our offices are located in shopping centers and are open every day of the week. Just stand on your feet for a few minutes to allow the fluids to balance in your body.
At the door of the measuring point, click on the door opening link on your mobile phone and select a location on the page that opens. Click the green Open button on the page. The door’s electric lock opens, you can open the door and enter. If the button has the text “Busy” and the button is red, wait a few minutes for the space to become available.
The space is at your disposal for 12 minutes. During this time, the door is locked and cannot be opened from the outside.
Leave the overcoat and heavy clothes in the coat rack. Similarly, it is good to place heavy objects in your pocket, watch, mobile phone and heavy jewelry on the table during the measurement. There is no need to take off other clothing, the measuring device automatically subtracts 1 kg of weight, which is used to compensate for the weight of the clothes.
Take off your shoes and socks during the measurement. At the office, you can find disinfection cloths that you can use to clean the soles of your feet, the palms of your hands and, if you wish, the footrests and handles of the device. For example, greasy skin creams on the soles of the feet or palms can hinder the measurement.
Stand on the device, and follow the on-screen instructions and voice prompts.
The device initially asks for the ID, put your phone number here in its basic form, e.g. 040 or 050, i.e. with a leading zero. Always without the beginning of +358, even if you had recorded it when you ordered the measurement.
On the first visit, the device asks for the phone number, height, age and gender separately. At later times, if these have already been auto-filled, press enter to start the test.
The measurement takes one minute, stay as still as possible during this time. The measurement ends when the percentage is 100% and you can leave the space. You can find comprehensive results in the online service.
When the measurement is finished, take your own things with you. The results can be read on your Oma Body account within a few minutes.
Note! If something goes wrong during the measurement, e.g. you accidentally move, talk or notice that you are not properly at the sensors, you can move away from the device and start over.
You cannot pay for the measurement at the office, but all payments are made through our online store. You can make a purchase, for example, with a smart device directly in front of the measuring point, but we recommend making the purchase in advance so that the user instructions of the measuring point have already become familiar.
We accept online payments for ePass and Smartum and Edenred’s exercise and wellness benefits, which you can use immediately.
Always primarily use online payment so that you don’t have to contact us and wait for the measurement package to be activated.
Mobile payments always require manual processing in customer service. Mobile payments are disappearing as a payment method, so it’s good to practice online payment already 🙂

You can find Bodymaja in the Smartum and ePassi applications. After payment, send a message to [email protected] and we will deliver the code entitling you to the measurement package. Epassi, Smartum and Edenred purchases include a short amateur-level body composition measurement video training suitable for voluntary exercise, which can be requested from us one week after purchase.

All measurement packages are personal and, according to the terms of service, you cannot and cannot measure another person with them. The system locks the results automatically and in repeated cases the valid measurement package can be deactivated without the right to a refund.
If you buy a measurement package for another person, make the purchase normally, but write down the other person’s contact information, email address and phone number at checkout. At the time of purchase, you register for the service at the same time. If you want to buy as a gift or schedule a shipment, buy a gift card. With the code of the gift card, the gift recipient can redeem his measurement package.
The Oma Body service is a unique body composition reporting and analysis service developed by Bodymaja itself. All your results measured in Bodymaja come into one service and you can compare them from one measurement to another. You also get a lot of useful information that traditional reporting does not provide. It’s easy for you to come back again and again to check your results and you don’t have to remember what someone told you about them.

The measuring devices used by Bodymaja are safe. The metal parts installed inside the body conduct electricity and can slightly change the measurement result compared to if these parts were not there. However, the results are comparable with each other and in general it can be stated that the operation aimed at the body is more clearly visible in the measurement results than the installed metal itself. You can monitor, for example, recovery from surgery with the help of fluid and muscle balance.
Please make sure that your purchase also includes a body composition measurement. If you have only purchased the Wide blood pressure + compression force additional measurements, it does not come with an opening link, because the measurements in question are performed in connection with the body composition measurement. Please always check the Oma Body service first before contacting customer service. Usually, if there are no results, there is e.g. a typing error in some background information. It is therefore important that you use the same phone number for both the order and the meter at the office. Please contact customer service if this instruction did not help. Usually the results are found.

Bodymaja is not responsible for InBody’s application, it is the application of the device manufacturer. However, you can transfer the results from our devices to the application as follows: 1. Bring the mobile device close to the device so that you can reach it without getting off the measuring device, 2. Take the measurement normally, 3. Finally, scan the QR code on the screen, which directs your results to the application. If you get off the device, the display will reset.
The door opening link button can be found in the Oma Body service after logging in. The link is also sent by e-mail and text message. You should also check the spam folder and search for the sender “Bodymaja”. You can also contact customer service.
Please note that the opening link is only used in connection with body composition measurements. It is not part of the additional measurements, because they are always done as part of the body composition measurement. Please also buy the body composition measurement package.
The meter also reacts to a weak signal. The results are always stored in the measuring device’s memory, so as soon as the signal is restored, the results are sent to Oma Body. Usually there is no delay at all. Take a look at Oma Body and if you don’t see the results, please contact customer service only then.
Pressing the guest measurement button means that you have skipped filling in the ID field and your result has been measured without identification information. However, the results have been saved. Please contact customer service and tell us your age and height in your message in addition to your phone number.
The written report on the Analysis page is created using our artificial intelligence model, which combines data from your measurement report and data from our artificial intelligence model.

This section is a free add-on offered to anyone who has used the service at least twice.
You probably measure too rarely and you don’t yet know the magnitude of the changes in your own body’s body composition, and they can surprise you.
Sometimes measuring devices of a very different level are also compared to our top-of-the-line devices. Always take the measurements with Bodymaja’s high-quality, regularly maintained and tested devices, so you can safely compare the results with each other.
Always pay attention to the amount of fluids in your body. Intracellular water and extracellular water should be found to their normal level, after which you can monitor whether your body was in the same state at the time of the measurements. The matter is also mentioned in the preparation instructions, but it is good to emphasize that it is good to consider the preparation already a few days before the measurement.
Pay particular attention to the fact that training, stress and supplements can change fluid levels significantly.

Bodymaja’s measuring devices are set to reduce the weight of the clothes by -1kg, so that you can measure in comfortable day clothes. When you aim for 1kg of clothing, there is no effect on the measurement results.

Go to the nearest testing facility. When you are at the door, click the current testing facility. There is no need to book a time in advance.
You will see a green “Avaa” -button (Open door -button). Push the button and open the door. If there is a red light with the text ”Varattu” (occupied), please wait for a few minutes.
The testing facility is reserved for you for 12 minutes. During this period, the door is locked and cannot be opened from outside.
Take off heavy clothes such as a coat. Place your bag, mobile phone, and other heavy items on the table. You can wear your normal clothes, the device will calculate 1 kg for them when measuring.
Take off your shoes and socks. There are disinfection wipes available for cleaning feet, palms and the surface of the device. For example, hand and feet creams on your skin can have a negative effect on the measurement process.
Step on the measurement device, first it will measure your weight.
The device will request for an ID. Type your mobile number to the ID field.
On your first visit the device will request for additional details such as

Take hand electrons and spread your arms to both sides of your body. The test starts and will take approximately 1 minute.
When the test is over, take you belongings with you and exit the the testing facility. You can access your test results from the Oma Body account on the Bodymaja portal within a few minutes.
