Bodymaja Oy sells services and products to individuals and companies by separate order. The service is offered in Finnish. Logging in to your own results report is done with usernames: e-mail address and password. We reserve the right to change prices. The gift card order is valid for one year (12 months) from the order date, when the gift card can be redeemed. The validity of the measurement packages is indicated in the product descriptions, and their validity varies from 3 months to 12 months from the date of order. Ordering and services

Services and products are ordered on the website of the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time. All customer data is treated confidentially, the processing of customer data is described on our data protection page. In the results report, you can find general descriptions of the different measurement results of the body and a comparison of your results with reference values. If the values ​​are outside the reference values ​​or if you suspect an illness, please contact your coach, counselor or doctor yourself. Bodymaja Oy itself does not offer advice or medical treatment based on the research results. Advice regarding the results Tips are given on Bodymaja Oy’s website and you can separately purchase advice from a professional of your choice regarding your results. Advice is often bought from personal trainers at gyms, nutritionists or health care. Inbody body composition measurements Our offices operate as self-service offices in an automatic manner You fill in your information when ordering the measurement package After paying for the order, you will receive a receipt, order confirmation and a link entitling you to open the doors of the offices by e-mail. The service works in a browser and requires an Internet connection. Cleanliness and operational goal The cleaning company cleans the surfaces of our office every day. In addition, we recommend our customers to use the hygiene products at our office, such as hand sanitizer and disinfecting cloths. By disinfecting the soles and palms of both the device and the person being measured; the most pleasant experience and the most accurate measurement result are achieved. Hygiene products are designed for pleasant hygiene management in terms of function and size. Please note that you are responsible for the cleanliness of the office’s interior for your own use and for the normal use of the equipment there. Each user must take care of closing the office door after the measurement visit, when your responsibility ends. If you notice problems related to cleanliness or especially equipment, such as breakages, vandalism or unusual mess, take photos and/or video and send them to [email protected] and do not measure. You will be reimbursed for your measurement visit, we will start investigations with the shopping center/store and investigate the activities of the previous users. Payment and payment methods

Payment service provider

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when ordering. Your gift card order is valid for one (1) year from the order date, during which time the gift card can be redeemed. The validity of the measurement packages is stated in the product description and generally varies between 3-12 months. Delivery methods and costs After ordering the measurement package, you can go to the measurement immediately at any of our locations within the opening hours without making an appointment on a waiting list basis. Our opening hours can be found on our website and are linked to the opening hours of the shopping centers/store owners. As a general rule, we aim to be open every day from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. We reserve the right for unusual opening hours.

Producer of measurement services

The measurement service is provided by Bodymaja Oy. We only use Inbody770 measuring devices, which are the most accurate and best devices on the market. The Inbody770 measuring device is accurate when it is also used according to the instructions. Bodymaja Oy is responsible for the visualization and accuracy of the measurement results. Accuracy is ensured by taking several measurements and always preparing for the measurement in the same way.

Measurement points and delivery time

Body composition measurements can be taken at Bodymaja self-service locations in several locations in Finland. The contact details of the branches are listed on the Branches page. After ordering the measurement package from Bodymaja’s website, you can visit the measurements without an appointment. Please note that the opening hours may vary slightly by location and the waiting time without an appointment may vary by day. After taking the measurements, you can view the results from the Oma Body service, usually immediately after the measurement. Please note that data transfer can sometimes take a few minutes or even an hour longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Deviating delivery times will be announced on our website.

Right of cancellation and return conditions

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note that the cancellation must be made before taking the first measurement included in the order or redeeming the gift card. In the cancellation notice, you must include your name, address, order date, product and send it by email to [email protected] or by post to the address shown below. We will refund the amount you paid in full within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. If you have already taken a measurement or redeemed a gift card, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Unused order

Orders for measurement packages are valid for each product, usually 3-12 months from the order date (see product descriptions and/or order confirmation), during which time measurements can be taken. We do not refund the amount paid for the unused service.
The redemption period for gift cards is 12 months from the date of order. We do not refund the amount paid for an unused gift card.

Problem situations

If the service at our office does not correspond to your order, you must report the error immediately and at the latest within two (2) days by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section.
